About this role
TruGreen is committed to providing personalized attention for our associates and focuses on developing proud, dynamic teams. The Paid Media Analyst will be responsible for researching, analyzing market trends, and evaluating campaign performance to support marketing strategies.
What you'll do:
- Gathers, interprets, integrates and manages large-scale internal data for reporting needs using SQL and Access
- Develops daily and weekly dashboards to track performance and growth of all direct marketing programs
- Creates sales attribution model for direct marketing campaigns and interpret the results
- Analyzes and verifies data to ensure accuracy of direct mail/or email campaigns
- Collaborates with digital marketing team and other internal stakeholders for ad hoc analyses to help make informative business decisions
- Analyses website and sales data to identify market and product trends
- Develops tactics and analyzes metrics to assess the effectiveness of existing marketing, advertising, and communications programs
What they're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Math, Statistics, Economics, IT or related field required
- 1-2 years for marketing analysis experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Business and financial acumen
- Organizational, project and process management and leadership skills
- Written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations
- Business process analysis skills
- Attention to detail and quantitative analytical skills
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- SAS Programming knowledge and data analytic support abilities including data extraction, cleansing, match/merging and loading processes
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one database, ideally SQL server
