We are looking for someone %3Cstrong%3Ewith at least three (3) years of journeyman-level painting experience and demonstrated supervisory or lead experience%3C/strong%3E. Must maintain an active/valid State of Texas driver%27s license at all times and ability to pass respirator fit testing, pass a color vision test, and lift up to 50 pounds.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAs the %3Cstrong%3EPaint Shop Foreman%3C/strong%3E, you will oversee painting and coating operations across our expansive, multi-site medical and academic campus. Ensures high-quality surface maintenance, manages shop workflows, and maintains strict compliance with hospital infection control (ICRA), OSHA, and Joint Commission standards. Works under general supervision to supervise work crew responsible for maintaining buildings and grounds for UT Southwestern Medical Center.
