Park Maintenance Worker - Winona

About the Department

This is an entry level laborer position that performs park, building, and grounds maintenance year-round and will be assigned to work at the Bud King Ice Arena from August through March. There are occasional call-back requirements and weekend work to meet operation needs.

Job Duties
Operates Zamboni, mowers, tractors, UTV, and other large equipment.
Uses a variety of hand tools.
Mows parks.
Picks up trash from receptacles.
Clears snow and ice from paved parking areas and sidewalks.
Cleans and maintains interior and exterior of park buildings and playground equipment.
Prepares various types of outdoor athletic fields and courts.
Assists with set up, flooding and maintenance of ice rinks.
