Part Time Accounting Clerk

CareArc is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support its Finance Team. The role focuses on accounts payable and general ledger analysis, along with routine accounting activities that help ensure complete and accurate financial reports.

What you'll do:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing, posting, and recording of all relevant financial transactions or information as assigned (A/P, general ledger, cash management, and financial reporting)
• Maintains all functions of Accounts Payable Electronic Routing System
• Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Answers all vendor inquiries
• Assists in monthly closings
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities

What they're looking for:

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and other software tools
• Accounts Payable experience
• Associate's Degree - Preferred, Field of Study: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
