Part-time Administrative Assistant / Customer Service
Unitex is currently seeking a PART-TIME Administrative Assistant production facility in Mount Vernon., NY.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: The salary for this position is $25 per hour. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job-related factors.

Job Summary & Responsibilities:
- Customer service – heavy phones
- Data entry
- Greeting visitors and walk-in applicants
- Filing customer visitation logs
- Participation in route settlement
- Daily distribution of reports
- Vacation coverage for route settlement
- All other tasks as deemed operationally necessary
Preferred Experience and Skills necessary to perform this job:
- Proper phone etiquette
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Time management
- MS Excel/Word knowledge & experience
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Two years or more of related experience
