Position Summary/Job Duties:

Job Description: Looking for a female gay-friendly college student (undergrad or graduate) to be a companion for my wife, a retired Professor with moderate dementia (and a strong background in Women and Gender Studies, Mass Media and English).  ($20/hr) part-time with flexible hours 4-8hrs/wk.  

Ideal candidates will:

• Have lots of patience
• Be a good conversationalist
• Be well organized and on time.
• Have a positive attitude & sense of humor

Duties may include:

• Assisting with daily living tasks
• Engaging in stimulating conversation
• Reading out loud
• Assist with mobility exercises
• Preparing lunch
