Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.</li> </ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Role Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul> <li>Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.</li> <li>Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.</li> <li>Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.</li> <li>Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.</li> <li>Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.</li> <li>Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care. </li> </ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul> <li>A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li>Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting) </li> <li>Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.</li> <li>Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.</li> <li>Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.</li> </ul><div>If you have a heart for service and a desire to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
