About this role
The Parts Distribution Center Supervisor is the front‑line leader responsible for daily execution, safety, quality, and customer service. This role ensures consistent performance on the shop floor while supporting adoption of digital tools, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Business Acumen & Process Responsibilities:
• Practical understanding of how daily decisions impact service, labor efficiency, and cost
• Apply Lean and basic industrial engineering concepts to front‑line problem solving
• Interpret dashboards and performance data with business context
• Understand quality, safety, productivity, and service tradeoffs
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer‑focused daily execution and service reliability
• Coaching, mentoring, and safety leadership
• Root‑cause problem solving and kaizen execution
• Use of dashboards and AI‑assisted tools to manage daily performance

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role and/or bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
- Demonstrated ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field of study
- Manufacturing supervisory experience
