About the Role:
Our Front Desk/Medical Records team members are the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive experience. This position supports both front office operations and medical records management while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and care
- Answer and route calls, schedule appointments, and confirm visits
- Perform patient check-in/check-out and collect co-payments
- Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information
- Maintain, scan, and upload medical records in EHR systems
- Handle documentation, messages, and general clerical tasks
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a healthcare or clerical setting preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR systems
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
