Join our fast-paced, team-oriented specialty clinic where staff work closely together to provide exceptional patient care. This role is responsible for answering phones, managing patient voicemails, scheduling appointments and referrals, working referral and scheduling workqueues, checking patients in and out, updating patient information, obtaining required consents, and providing excellent customer service.

Role Purpose
The Patient Services Representative acts as the initial point of contact for front office activity and helps directs the patient flow process at the physician office. This position performs patient check-ins and appointment scheduling. This position also maintains patient financial records and may serve as a switchboard operator as needed.
