As a Product Manager in Payments, Digital & Design, Access Connectivity, Data Reporting & Transaction Services, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
 

This is a senior product leadership role with responsibility for running and growing the H2H and API Data Reporting & Transaction Services business. You will set the strategic direction for the product portfolio, lead the development and commercialization of new capabilities, and manage the performance, modernization, risk, and ongoing evolution of existing products.

Operating with a business-owner mindset, you will bring together Product, Technology, Architecture, Sales, Service, Operations, Controls, and regional partners to deliver client value and sustainable commercial outcomes. You will be expected to move fluidly across products and channels, apply deep end-to-end Payments expertise, and provide leadership wherever the business needs it most.
 

Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Leads the end-to-end Access Connectivity (H2H and API) Data Reporting & Transaction Services portfolio, balancing product growth and innovation with the ongoing management, modernization, resiliency, and commercial performance of existing products
  • Operates with a business-owner mindset, establishing clear priorities and driving disciplined decisions across client value, revenue growth, investment, cost, risk, controls, scalability, and operational performance
  • Defines and executes the strategy for expanding ISO 20022-based reporting capabilities, including product design, market readiness, client adoption, pricing, commercialization, and ongoing performance management
  • Partners closely with Technology and Architecture to translate business strategy into scalable product and platform capabilities, challenge technical solutions constructively, and guide decisions across architecture, data models, APIs, file-based connectivity, integration patterns, and modernization
  • Drives commercialization and go-to-market execution in partnership with Sales, Client Service, Marketing, Finance, and regional product teams, including value proposition development, pricing strategy, revenue realization, sales enablement, client migration, and adoption
  • Leads across H2H, API, Online, and other reporting channels to create a consistent client proposition, reduce fragmentation, and ensure product capabilities evolve in line with changing client and business needs
  • Builds strong, empowered product teams and fosters a culture of accountability, sound judgment, talent development, and leadership succession
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Strong leadership capability, with demonstrated experience setting direction, influencing senior stakeholders, developing talent, and leading teams through complex product, organizational, and technology change
  • Deep technical and architecture understanding, with the ability to engage credibly with engineering and architecture teams on APIs, H2H connectivity, data models, integration patterns, platform design, scalability, resiliency, and modernization
  • Proven product development and commercialization experience, including taking products from concept through launch, establishing client value propositions, defining pricing or monetization approaches, driving adoption, and managing ongoing commercial performance
  • Demonstrated ability to run a product portfolio as a business, using data and sound judgment to balance growth, client experience, financial outcomes, investment priorities, operational performance, risk, and controls
  • Deep end-to-end Payments domain expertise, including payment processing, account and transaction reporting, client connectivity, data flows, servicing, operations, and the needs of corporate and financial institution clients
  • Demonstrated ability to lead across multiple channels, products, and regions, adapting quickly to evolving business priorities while maintaining clear ownership and execution discipline
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Architecture, Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Controls, and regional stakeholders
  • Strong executive communication, commercial judgment, and client engagement skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues, make informed trade-offs, and create alignment across senior internal and external stakeholders
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Relevant leadership experience in transaction banking, treasury services, cash management, payments, reporting, data products, or digital connectivity

  • Experience leading H2H, API, file-based, or multi-channel reporting products for corporate, commercial, or financial institution clients

  • Experience developing and commercializing ISO 20022-based reporting products, including CAMT reporting, market adoption, client migration, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution

  • Experience managing an established product portfolio while simultaneously leading modernization, platform transformation, and new product expansion

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, API ecosystems, developer experiences, data platforms, security, controls, and operational resiliency

  • Track record of creating commercial value through product innovation, pricing, monetization, client adoption, revenue growth, cost discipline, or simplification of complex product portfolios
