Essential Functions:
  • A Payroll Consultant must have a demonstrated high level understanding of payroll, time keeping and/or payroll tax some experience in bookkeeping and accounting in a business setting; or skills in a particular area of expertise necessary to provide payroll services to clients. 
  • Customer Service skills are essential for this role.
  • Experience in the HCM space including benefit enrollment and onboarding of new employees
  • Responsible for obtaining and reconciling information for payroll from all assigned clients. 
  • Preparation of quarterly and annual payroll tax report packages (including 1099's and W2’s).
  • Ongoing support for clients, including questions, issues, employee questions.
Qualifications:
  • A high level understanding of payroll, time keeping and/or payroll tax and benefits
  • 3+ years’ experience in payroll or bookkeeping, and accounting in a business setting
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • iSolved HCM Solution experience is preferred

The anticipated hiring base salary for this role is:  $55,000-$65,000.

Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to education, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
