What You’ll Do
-
Provide pediatric physical therapy services in children’s homes and community settings
-
Evaluate children and develop individualized plans of care, as applicable to your license
-
Help children improve their strength, balance, coordination, mobility and gross motor skills
-
Provide treatment designed to help children participate more fully in daily activities
-
Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers
-
Complete documentation accurately and within required timeframes
-
Communicate with physicians, clinical supervisors and other members of the child’s care team
-
For PTAs: provide treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Qualifications
Physical Therapist:
-
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
-
Current Texas Physical Therapist license
-
Current CPR certification
-
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance
Physical Therapist Assistant:
-
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current Texas PTA license
-
Current CPR certification
-
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance
Pediatric experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates who are passionate about working with children and families. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
