Pendleton Human Resources Intern

The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR activities and projects, conduct research and analysis, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements and project presentations.

What you'll do:

• Support day-to-day activities and key projects within Human Resources
• Conduct research, analysis, or data review to support business decisions
• Assist in developing reports, presentations, or process documentation
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organization
• Identify opportunities for process improvement or efficiency gains
• Present project findings, recommendations, or results

What they're looking for:

• Candidates with or working toward a BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong user of Microsoft Office suite of products, with advanced Excel skills
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Exposure to HRIS platforms, recruiting and onboarding processes, employee engagement, training, or employment compliance
• Prior internship, project, or relevant experience
