- Human Capital: You may contribute to projects involving employee programs, learning and development, performance and talent management, organizational planning, people analytics, and other initiatives supporting the employee experience and DESRI’s broader organizational goals
What they're looking for:
- We're interested in analytical, accomplished students with a demonstrated interest in business operations, recruiting, human capital, organizational strategy, or related fields
- Intellectually curious individuals with strong written and verbal communication abilities, analytical acumen, sound judgment, and an interest in solving organizational problems will excel in this role
- A record of academic and/or professional achievement is required
- The ability to collaborate effectively, exercise discretion, manage multiple priorities, and approach both quantitative and qualitative problems thoughtfully is vital to this role
- Candidates should be comfortable working with data and developing clear, actionable conclusions from their analyses
- A high level of initiative, attention to detail, and interest in learning how a growing organization operates are strongly preferred
- Preference will be given to undergraduate or graduate students who are in their final year of full-time study following the internship
Benefits:
- Undergraduate interns: a $5,000 housing stipend.
- Graduate interns: a $5,000 housing stipend.
