People (HR) Internship

Belden Inc. is a global connectivity company focused on intelligent connectivity and digitalization. The People (HR) Intern will support HR policies, employee programs, training materials, job description benchmarking, and employee experience initiatives while gaining project-based professional experience.

What you'll do:

• Review HR policies, benefits and/or employee engagement plans to make changes and improvements
• Assist in creation and roll-out of new employee programs and policies
• Develop standardized processes and new, refreshed training materials
• Contribute to the review, grading, and benchmarking of new job descriptions
• Support the implementation of employee experience initiatives

What they're looking for:

• Current enrollment with pursuit of MBA or master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Management
• Related internship or work experience in human resources, talent acquisition, people operations, or people-facing environments that enabled leadership and problem-solving experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities
• High learning agility and intellectual curiosity along with initiative, accountability, and a bias for action
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments, authorization to work in the country of employment
