  • Create a welcoming, energetic, and hospitality-driven environment
  • Prepare or coordinate breakfast, snacks, beverages, team meals, and other office amenities
  • Plan celebrations, social activities, office traditions, and spontaneous moments of fun
  • Help new hires, visiting teammates, candidates, and guests feel welcomed and included
  • Regularly gather employee feedback and find creative ways to improve office life
  • Communicate office updates, upcoming activities, and important information clearly
  • Maintain a consistent standard for how the office looks, feels, and operates

  • Warm and outgoing with a natural ability to bring people together
  • Genuinely energized by creating memorable employee experiences
  • Hospitality-minded and attentive to the small details that make people feel welcome
  • Highly organized, proactive, dependable, and responsive
  • Creative about activities, traditions, and thoughtful touches that make office life more engaging

  • Strong at communicating, following through, and solving problems independently

  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision
  • Multiple plan options, including a plan option for 100% employer-paid premium for individual coverage for full-time employees.
