People Operations Intern

Ergodyne is a company focused on making the workplace better through innovative products and a strong workplace culture. They are seeking a People Operations Intern to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including training, onboarding, and HR operations.

What you'll do:

• Transform a leadership resource into engaging, structured content within our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Assist in organizing, formatting, and uploading learning materials to create a scalable leader & manager development resource
• Partner with HR to ensure content aligns with company values and leadership expectations
• Support HR initiatives such as recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration
• Assist in the supporting and writing of company wide career development and competencies
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office

What they're looking for:

• High School diploma or GED
• In pursuit of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field
• Proficiency using Office Systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
