People Operations Intern

Metro One Security is seeking a People Operations Intern to support field teams by enhancing employee engagement and improving recruitment sourcing efforts. This role will offer hands-on experience in workforce operations and will involve collaborating with various departments to drive operational effectiveness.

What you'll do:

• Identify and address potential barriers related to scheduling, bench management, and employee conversion
• Research local markets to identify effective talent sourcing opportunities
• Conduct site visits to communicate and promote employee referral programs
• Follow up on employee referrals to improve engagement and hiring conversion
• Engage with field teams to identify training and development opportunities
• Document operational challenges (e.g., scheduling gaps, turnover, training needs) and escalate or recommend solutions to management
