People Operations - Irvine, CA

Trinity Property Consultants is a multifamily industry company guided by innovation, teamwork, excellence, and empowerment. The People Operations Analyst will provide analytical and operational support across Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience, while initially supporting ESG and Sustainability initiatives. The role will build reports, analyze data, improve processes, and help implement AI tools across People functions.

What you'll do:

• Partner across Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience to provide day-to-day analytical and operational support wherever it's needed
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards, including headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, payroll accuracy, training completion, and engagement metrics, to support strategic People decisions
• Analyze data to identify trends, flag risks, and surface actionable recommendations for People leadership
• Support the buildout of payroll tools and reporting to help ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist with recruiting coordination and reporting, including pipeline metrics and hiring funnel analysis
• Help track and measure the impact of learning and development programs
• Contribute to employee experience initiatives, including surveys, onboarding, and recognition programs, and help analyze the results
• Serve as an early adopter and champion of AI tools across People functions by piloting new use cases, streamlining workflows, and helping the broader team learn to work smarter with AI
• Identify opportunities to improve or automate internal People processes and help implement those improvements
• Maintain clean, organized, and accurate data across HR systems
• Manage Letters of Authorization (LOAs) to ensure timely access to utility data
• Maintain building energy, water, and waste data in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, and keep the asset characteristics spreadsheet current and accurate

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects across different teams
• A proactive, figure-it-out attitude, with comfort asking questions and diving in independently
• Strong communication skills and sound judgment when handling confidential information
• A genuine interest in People Operations and HR as a career path, with enthusiasm for learning and building new capabilities
• 0-2 years of professional experience; internships, coursework, or relevant projects count
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and organizing and analyzing data sets; a fast learner if not yet an expert
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, ATS tools, or ESG reporting tools such as ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager or GRESB is a bonus
