People Operations Recruiter

ZLINE Kitchen and Bath is a family-owned luxury appliance and bath fixtures company. The People Operations Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level to mid-level positions, coordinate interviews and onboarding, maintain recruitment records, and support related HR functions and projects.

What you'll do:

• Full-cycle recruiting through an ATS (Sourcing, vetting, screening, scheduling, and interviewing) for entry-level to mid-level positions
• Communicate & coordinate the interview process with candidates and managers
• Track candidate progress and maintain recruitment records
• Coordinate the onboarding process (Job offers, background checks, new hire packets, etc.)
• Assist with I9 documentation & E-Verify process
• Assist with new hire orientation
• Write and modify new & existing job listings
• Write new and modify job descriptions
• Support internal transfer & promotion requests
• Attend career fairs and assist with hiring events as needed
• Assist in other HR functions or ad hoc projects when needed

What they're looking for:

• High School Diploma required
• Familiarity with an HRIS or ATS System
• Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
• Great organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with the Google Workspace (ie., Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Mail)
• Literacy with Mac OS computer systems
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• 1-2 years of recruiting experience is preferred
• Experience with BambooHR or a similar ATS system is a plus
