About this role

The People Operations Specialist - Recruiting Support coordinates recruiting administration, onboarding, candidate communications, data management, invoicing, reporting, and continuous improvement activities while supporting recruiters and hiring managers.
What you'll do:
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and People Business Partners to support hiring priorities, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and ensure alignment throughout the recruiting process
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration including interview scheduling, candidate communications, requisition approvals, job postings, offer preparation, and workflow management within SuccessFactors and related People systems
- Manage pre-employment and onboarding activities including background checks, onboarding preparation, provisioning workflows, new hire communications, and issue escalation in accordance with People governance requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring data across applicant tracking, onboarding, workflow, finance, and invoicing platforms to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and audit readiness
- Process Talent Acquisition invoices, vendor billing requests, and new vendor setup activities while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Monitor and report Talent Acquisition metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, sourcing activity, and operational effectiveness measures to support workforce planning and compliance objectives
- Contribute to recruiting operations and continuous improvement initiatives through workflow automation, technology adoption, employer branding, diversity outreach, candidate sourcing, screening activities, and limited full-cycle recruiting support as business needs and demonstrated readiness allow
- Support recruiting activities beyond coordination, including candidate sourcing, screening, hiring manager communication, and candidate pipeline development
What they're looking for:
- High School Diploma required
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, People Operations, or a related field
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or similar enterprise recruiting platforms
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business stakeholders
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity while supporting compliance-driven processes
- Limited domestic travel may be required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience supporting process improvements, workflow optimization, reporting, automation initiatives, or adoption of new technologies is highly desirable
- This position is preferably based in Wakefield, Massachusetts, and follows a hybrid work model
- Candidates located near another TÜV SÜD U.S. office or laboratory may also be considered
- A remote work arrangement may be considered for a highly qualified candidate based on business needs, experience, and location
