Shift Lead — Sheboygan, WI

Base pay $17.00–$20.00/hr, plus tips. Our Sheboygan Shift Leads earned an average of $2.00 per hour in tips over the past six months, in addition to their base pay. Paid leadership training. A real step toward management.

Run the shift when the GM is off the clock. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone organized, energetic, and ready to step up and a proven path into store management.

What you'll do

• Run the shift and keep service fast, accurate, and friendly
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily food prep
• Route deliveries and keep drivers moving
• Own the cash drawers and daily paperwork for your shift
• Keep operational standards on point start to finish

Note: Shift Leads run the shift but don't have supervisory authority (hiring, discipline) over other employees — that stays with management.

Qualifications

What you need

• 18 or older
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Comfortable on your feet all shift — bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Able to prioritize and work independently in a high-volume environment
