PhD Econ Intern, Store Economics and Science

Amazon Science is seeking a PhD Economics Intern to support the Stores Economics and Science team. The intern will apply causal inference and structural econometrics to real-world business and research problems, develop models, build datasets, and perform applied econometric analysis in collaboration with economists, scientists, and product managers.

What you'll do:

• The intern will work in the area of Store Economics and Science (SEAS) and develop models to SEAS
• You will learn how to build data sets and perform applied econometric analysis collaborating with economists, scientists, and product managers

What they're looking for:

• In your 3rd year or greater of a PhD program in Economics or other quantitative field
• Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
