6+ years corporate or physical security with 3+ years owning a program; hands-on depth in at least two of executive protection, event security, or physical security systems; experience with access control and video platforms; vendor management; strong risk judgment; excellent writing; willingness to work from NYC office 4 days/week, travel 10-15%, support evening/weekend events, and be primary on-call.
