Location: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation; Muncie, IN
Shift: Full-Time | Day Shift (Monday–Friday)
Requirements:
- Requires a Doctoral Degree from an accredited academic program in physical therapy or a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in physical therapy prior to 2016. If foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
- Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a passionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This full-time position focuses on providing high-quality, family-centered care to pediatric patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care
- Educate families and caregivers on home programs
- Document care and progress in accordance with standards
- Collaborate with team members and support staff
Preferred Skills
- Pediatric experience (or strong interest in pediatrics)
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
