PI Front End Manager

The Front End Manager is responsible for supervising and developing the firm's paralegal and case management staff while ensuring cases are handled efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with firm procedures. The position provides day-to-day leadership, monitors case progress and employee performance, and works closely with attorneys and management to maintain high standards of case management and client service. The ideal candidate has prior team lead experience, strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage employees, competing priorities, and deadlines and possesses strong knowledge of our case management system and office technology. 1 year PI front end management experience
