About this role

Capgemini Engineering is a world leader in engineering services, seeking a PLM Business Analyst to support a large Teamcenter-based PLM modernization for a major Aerospace & Defense OEM. The role involves capturing requirements, mapping functional scope, and validating solutions, serving as a bridge between engineering and manufacturing users.

  • Identify and document augmented-engineering / AI use cases (AI-assisted requirements, change impact, work instruction generation)
  • Document as-is / to-be processes - change control, configuration, BOM and work-instruction flows
  • Support configuration, test and validation of the Teamcenter solution against requirements
  • Collaborate across the onshore–offshore team (onshore core + offshore center), mirroring the client; senior band runs user workshops and leads scope mapping

What they're looking for:

  • 2 to 10 Years of experience as PLM Functional Consultant/PLM Business Analyst (Required junior, intermediate and senior folks)
  • Requirements capture, documentation, test support
  • Owns functional areas; runs workshops; drives scope mapping
  • Leads functional domains, workshops and AI use cases; deeper Teamcenter expertise
  • PLM functional / business-analysis experience appropriate to the band (see matrix)
  • Ability to capture requirements and map functional scope in an engineering context
  • Understanding of core PLM processes - BOM, change control, configuration, process planning
  • Comfort collaborating across onshore–offshore teams; strong stakeholder-facing skills

Benefits:

  • Company paid holidays

  • Other benefits as provided by local policy and eligibility
