PMO COE Program Senior Manager: Future of Enterprise

The PMO COE Sr Manager for Future of Enterprise (FOE) is responsible for providing best-in-class PMO COE program management services to the Future of Enterprise initiative, an initiative that looks to ensure the business is ready and able to embrace emerging technologies (eg. Gen AI) and meet business goals by end of 2030. The role leads program governance, performance management, schedule management, and supports scope and cost management processes for the initiative.

• Serve as the focal point for program management activities for FOE
• Lead SteerCo and Workstream forums to ensure alignment on goals and how to deliver them
• Own executive-level slide creation for leader meeting, including slide design, insight generation, and alignment with senior leadership expectations.
• Refine and facilitate the governance process to ensure adequate prioritization, allocation of resources, and resolution of critical topics.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

• 10+ years of professional work experience, with at least 3 years in Project Management related roles
• Project/Program/Portfolio Management certifications across both Waterfall and Agile approaches
