The role develops mapping, reporting, and analytics solutions; supports portfolio planning and location strategy; and translates complex data into actionable client and account-team recommendations.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and maintain geospatial, reporting, and analytics solutions that improve visibility into portfolio performance, business demand, market conditions, workplace trends, operational metrics, and business outcomes
  • Prepare and contribute to client strategy documents, including Plans of Record (PORs), Practical Plans, Business Unit Plans, business reviews, portfolio plans, scenario assessments, and client-ready presentations that connect location intelligence with recommended actions
  • Transform, validate, and manage data from multiple sources to support portfolio intelligence, strategy development, forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision support
  • Partner with business partners, transaction managers, brokers, account teams, and client stakeholders to understand business requirements, portfolio priorities, timing, constraints, and decision criteria
  • Support portfolio planning, location strategy, occupancy analysis, workplace strategy, and transaction decision-making through maps, scenarios, financial and market inputs, and clear strategic recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, standardization, and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, while supporting the continued evolution of PAG's strategy, analytics, reporting, and geospatial capabilities
  • Develop client-ready maps, dashboards, presentations, and reporting solutions that support portfolio performance, portfolio planning, workplace strategy, occupancy trends, operational efficiency, and service delivery using ArcGIS, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Support the development and maintenance of client strategy documents, including Plans of Record (PORs), Practical Plans, Business Unit Plans, portfolio plans, site strategies, business cases, presentation materials, user training, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, transformation processes, and data models that support mapping, analytics, portfolio planning, and reporting solutions, with Databricks experience strongly preferred
  • Integrate data from internal systems, client platforms, commercial real estate technologies, and external sources
  • Develop and maintain ArcGIS Online environments, maps, dashboards, and geospatial data products that support location intelligence, market analysis, portfolio optimization, workplace planning, transaction strategy, and client decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting, data preparation, and operational processes

What they're looking for:

  • 3-7 years of experience in GIS, geospatial analytics, commercial real estate strategy, portfolio planning, business analytics, consulting, or a related field, with demonstrated strength in geospatial delivery
  • Experience developing maps, dashboards, reporting solutions, presentations, and analytical products used by business and client stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ArcGIS expertise, including hands-on experience with ArcGIS Online, ESRI products, spatial data management, web maps, dashboards, and geospatial analysis
  • Strong Excel and data analytics skills, including the ability to structure, validate, analyze, and communicate complex portfolio and real estate data
  • Experience preparing, integrating, validating, and maintaining spatial and business data from multiple sources
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, spatial reasoning, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to connect findings to real estate strategy and recommended actions
  • Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business partners, transaction teams, client stakeholders, or senior account leaders
  • Ability to translate business requirements into maps, scenarios, technical solutions, portfolio strategies, and clear client-ready recommendations
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, presentation, and client-facing communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite required, including advanced Excel skills and strong data analytics capabilities, plus proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
  • SQL and relational database technologies
  • ArcGIS Online and ESRI geospatial technologies required; demonstrated expertise developing and maintaining maps, dashboards, spatial datasets, and location intelligence products
