Preschool or Pre-K Teacher – Job Description
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field preferred.
- CDA, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or other Early Childhood Education credential preferred.
- Previous experience working with preschool or Pre-K children preferred.
- Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements.
- Must successfully complete required background checks.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Must complete all required annual professional development and training.
- Must demonstrate strong communication, organization, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be dependable, punctual, patient, energetic, nurturing, and professional.
