Position Details
The OpCo President translates strategic vision into operational success blending leadership, management and
tactical execution to ensure the company runs efficiently and meets its goals.
Major Functional Responsibilities
• Implements the company’s long-term strategy as defined by the CEO and board.
• Develops tactical plans, performance metrics, and budgets.
• Monitors market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
• Oversees daily operations across departments like sales, marketing, production, and logistics.
• Ensures efficient workflows and resource allocation.
• Identifies and resolves operational bottlenecks.
• Leads senior executives and department heads.
• Sets the tone for company culture and ensures alignment with mission and values.
• Oversees hiring, firing, and staff development.
• Manages budgets, financial planning, and cost control.
• Reviews financial reports and performance indicators.
• Ensures profitability and compliance with financial obligations.
• Represents the company in public and with key partners.
• Maintains relationships with investors, customers, and strategic allies.
• Negotiates major contracts and partnerships.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience, Bachelor's degree:
• 6-10 years' experience in finance, accounting, operations and/or sales within foodservice industry.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of business operations and financial management
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
