Primary Care Physician (Family or Internal Medicine) - Hilton Head Island

Novant Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our growing primary care team on Hilton Head Island, SC.

This is an opportunity to build a long-term outpatient practice in one of South Carolina’s most desirable coastal communities while joining a collaborative and expanding physician network.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Focus on preventive care, wellness, and long-term patient relationships
• Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
• Build and maintain a strong patient panel within the Hilton Head community
• Partner with clinical and operational leadership to support continued practice growth
• Contribute to quality, patient experience, and population health initiatives

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligible for or currently holding an active South Carolina medical license
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Collaborative approach to working with physicians, APPs, clinical staff, and leadership
• Interest in establishing a long-term practice within the Hilton Head community
