Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience presenting to executives, communicating with management and measurement teams.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Ability to drive and execute annual partnerships to drive client business growth with Google solutions.
  • Ability to coordinate resources across teams to provide thought and tailored solutions.
  • Ability to navigate and consult across and up and down organizations to solve customer needs.

As an Account Executive on Team Brioche, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies of our most sophisticated B2B advertisers. This collaborative role empowers you to develop strategic plans, optimize Google campaigns, and lead executive-level conversations centered on delivering impactful Google solutions that drive business impact. Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $161000 - $235000 (USD) + 75% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Create, pitch and execute strategic business plans for accounts to deliver on annual and quarterly business growth.
  • Build and deepen client and agency relationships to deliver pitches, C-­level meetings, and client/agency workshops to grow media and creative effectiveness.
  • Be the Google digital media expert and thought leader that inspires our clients to adopt new solutions, and helps them build better media, creative and measurement strategies, anchored in on our customer’s business goals.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to drive growth in search, video and display across our book of clients.
  • Lead the creation and execution of joint business plans that will up-level the customer and Google to deliver 10X goals.
