WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 5 years of experience in footwear development, engineering, manufacturing, costing, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Strong knowledge of footwear construction, manufacturing processes, sourcing, and cost structures
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including data analysis and presentation development
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects, influencing stakeholders, and driving adoption of new tools, processes, or best practices
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Define and lead new process and digital initiatives that improve footwear value outcomes across product creation teams
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify opportunities, risks, and insights related to product cost, sustainability, and manufacturing efficiency
- Develop business cases, define requirements, estimate investment needs, secure stakeholder alignment, and manage project execution from concept through delivery
- Partner with Design, Development, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Technology, Costing, and external partners to align priorities and enable successful implementation
- Serve as a footwear cost and value subject matter expert, providing guidance and insights across multiple footwear categories
- Influence category teams to adopt value engineering tools, methodologies, and best practices that support business and financial objectives
- Mentor and train team members while helping build organizational capability in value engineering, cost optimization, and decision-making processes
