About this role
J.D. or equivalent law degree, active U.S. state bar membership, 5+ years legal experience, knowledge of U.S. financial-services, consumer-protection, privacy, and AI/ADMT regulations, experience with GLBA, FCRA, UDAAP, PIPEDA, GDPR, and state privacy laws.
