Job Summary

We are looking for a diligent and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as an RCM Customer Service Executive – Voice/Semi Voice. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for services rendered. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Willing to work in US Shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurers to follow up on claims and payments.
• Investigate and resolve issues with denied or underpaid claims.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
• Conduct pre and post call analysis, documentation, and take appropriate actions to resolve tasks at first contact.
• Update account-wise customer interactions daily.
• Achieve critical performance targets.
• Ensure efficiency in line with performance targets and process guidelines.
• Identify problems and document business requirements using industry knowledge and tools.
• Follow client process workflows and HCL policy guidelines.
