Job Summary

Supply chain management process keeps track of logistics and updates the company's inventory.

Analyse operational performance and resolve issues. Collaborate with warehouse ,shipping forwarders, and suppliers to ensure all operations (e.g., shipping, delivery) meet quality and safety standards.

• Supports equipment supply chain by ensuring equipment is aligned to correct budget centres, sub locations, and status in application defined by Client policies and procedures.   

Key Responsibilities

• Supports equipment supply chain by ensuring equipment is aligned to correct budget centres, sub locations, and status in application defined by Client policies and procedures.   
• Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover demand from customer
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
• Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus. • Physical vs system audits to match stakeholder inventory.
• Respond to customer inquiries by researching shipment status, items that are past due and items that need to be expedited. 
• Respond to inquiries to stakeholders on time for replacement products.
• Process orders for replacements and miscellaneous order creation based on customer's request.
• Coordinate with Freight Forwarders and Warehouse representatives to arrange shipments based on Incoterm
• Track shipments until they reach the customer's destination.
