Procurement & Data Analytics Trainee

Siemens Energy is seeking a Procurement & Data Analytics Trainee to support procurement transition activities, supplier contract and NDA management, and procurement dashboard reporting. The role also supports data analysis, reporting, presentations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Support the Omterra procurement transition activities and related documentation updates
• Assist Strategic Buyer in the gathering, update and follow-up supplier’s contracts
• Manage and maintain Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and related records
• Create and maintain the Procurement department dashboard reporting using Digital Tools (Factory KPI’s)
• Support data analysis and reporting activities for Strategic Procurement
• Create presentations and progress reports for procurement initiatives
• Support continuous improvement and process standardization projects

What they're looking for:

• Academic Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Recently graduated or no more than 1 year experience
• Fluent or advanced English (B1)
• Self driven, Eager to learn, Problem solving, Negotiation, Market and Data analysis, Collaboration and Teamwork
• Internship or practical experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Contract Management, Data Analytics, or cross-functional projects is considered a plus
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SAP (preferred), data analysis or dashboard management
