Product Analyst I

PSECU Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union is seeking a Product Analyst I to support and enhance its digital banking experience. The role analyzes product and member data, documents requirements, supports digital feature delivery, improves member experiences, and assists with operational support and continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

• Analyze digital banking products, member feedback, and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and support product decisions
• Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and supporting product documentation
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, stakeholders, and vendors to support the design, development, testing, and implementation of digital banking features and services
• Evaluate member experiences, create visual mockups and workflows, and support initiatives that improve usability and member satisfaction
• Investigate product issues, support incident resolution, maintain knowledge resources, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Build effective working relationships across the organization, remain knowledgeable of digital banking trends, and continuously develop product and technology expertise
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelors: Business Administration (Required), Bachelors: Computer Science (Required), Bachelors: Management Information Systems (Required), Bachelors (Required)Any equivalent combination of experience and education
• Minimum of 1 years' experience in technology, business, finance, or other related fields
