Product Analyst (Insurance)

Victor is hiring a Product Analyst to support the growth and ongoing evolution of Digital IQ, ProWriters’ specialty insurance platform. The role partners with product managers and engineers on integrations, requirements documentation, product research and analysis, and quality assurance and issue triage.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to support carrier integrations and other third-party API integrations
• Assist in defining product requirements and writing functional documentation
• Monitor feature adoption and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct user research, usage analysis, and competitive research to inform product decisions
• Perform QA testing, track bugs, and help triage production issues

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a closely related field, or at least 1 year of experience in a product, business‑analysis, or similar role
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with technology and working with data; Highly proficient in Excel
• Consulting, Banking, and/or insurance industry experience
• Experience with SQL and database tools
