Product Assistant

Colony Brands, Inc. is a customer-focused, multi-channel direct-marketing company with a diverse portfolio of brands and products. The Product Assistant will support the Merchandising and Sourcing teams throughout the product lifecycle by managing product and vendor data, coordinating samples, preparing catalog and web materials, and supporting seasonal planning and process improvements.

What you'll do:

• Product & Vendor Data Management: Ensure accurate product setup, testing, and personalization readiness across systems and teams
• Sample Coordination: Manage sample tracking, facilitate reviews and approvals, and support photo sample preparation
• Catalog & Web Preparation: Assist in preparing product data and visuals for catalog and web, ensuring clarity and consistency across brands
• Calendar & Process Management: Support seasonal planning milestones, maintain documentation, and contribute to process improvement initiatives

What they're looking for:

• Business-related experience or internship in merchandising, marketing, or operations
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, quality, and follow-through
• Comfort working cross-functionally with teams, vendors, and business partners in a professional, collaborative way
• Experience using everyday office tools like Excel, Outlook, and Word—and curiosity to learn new systems along the way
• A self-motivated, dependable approach with strong communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills
