Product Associate Product Development/Management

Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is hiring a Product Associate to support product development and product management for its Lash, Brow, and Lash/Brow Care categories. The role assists with new product development, market and competitive research, retailer communication, vendor coordination, and cross-functional project execution.

What you'll do:

• Support the development of new products within the Lash, Brow, and Lash/Brow Care categories
• Coordinate development timelines, samples, approvals, project documentation, and product information
• Support product line extensions, product updates, and portfolio maintenance activities
• Track project milestones and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to support timely execution
• Assist Product Management with assigned projects from concept development through launch readiness
• Conduct market research to monitor consumer trends, competitive products, retailer activity, and industry developments
• Compile and analyze competitive product information, pricing, packaging, claims, and promotional activity
• Gather customer, retailer, and market feedback to identify product improvement opportunities
• Prepare research summaries, competitive reviews, and product-planning materials
• Maintain product files, competitive databases, development trackers, and project documentation
• Support communication with suppliers, manufacturers, and development partners regarding samples, specifications, quotations, and product inquiries
• Collect technical documentation and development information from internal and external partners

• Bachelor of Arts (B.A)
• Experience Range I: 0 - 2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field
