Product & Business Analytics Intern

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is a leading global company providing retail store solutions to major brands worldwide. The Product & Business Analytics Intern will contribute to the Hardware and System Software product portfolio team by analyzing operational data to develop accurate business metrics and automate dashboards for product-level governance. This role involves learning about product offerings, assessing data integrity, and supporting KPI development to drive actionable insights.

What you'll do:

• Learn about TGCS product offerings and how they are sold, fulfilled, warrantied and serviced
• Review systems databases in Warranty, Service, Support, and Sales. Assess data integrity and determine the data that can be used to generate KPI’s at the product-level. Assist in the formulation of the KPI’s
• Participate in the design, development, implementation, and testing of automated dashboards that the Product Teams can use to track their KPI’s and drive actionable insights (product views, customer views, geography views, etc…)

• Strong data analytics skills
• Education in Business Management
• Currently pursuing business major in Undergraduate Studies
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team-based environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem determination and resolution, attention to detail, teamwork and excellent communication skills
• Effective verbal and written communication; able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
• You must have the ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship
• Database integrations, Data aggregation, AI Data analysis
• Ability to use code versioning tools like Git, SVN, etc
