Product Compliance Analyst

Caesars Digital is hiring a Product Compliance Analyst to support regulatory approval of its sports wagering and iGaming platform across online and retail products. The role identifies regulatory requirements, prepares submissions, and works with product development, QA, business operations, and independent test labs to ensure compliant products and efficient approvals.

What you'll do:

• Work with the Product Compliance Managers and Development Team to prepare State, Tribal and Independent Test Lab submissions
• Assist the Product Compliance Director in the day-to-day operations
• Review regulations and incorporate requirements into Caesars Digital development procedures and test cases
• Create documentation required to support all regulatory submissions and release note processes
• Maintain regulatory database for centralized location of all submissions and technical requirements
• Work with Product Development and QA Team to ensure software solutions conform to regulatory requirements
• Evaluate testing procedures to meet regulatory specifications where applicable
• Stay informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor of Science – Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) or two to three years of relevant gaming experience
• Communicates effectively at all levels
• You have demonstrated an ability to be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and promote follow-through for yourself and your peers
• Interpreting regulations and technical requirements
• You enjoy learning new skills and keeping up to date with developments in technology
• Can establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Conducting technical compliance audits
• You focus on delivering results and meeting product delivery goals
• Is able to work in a dynamic fast-paced industry and organization
