Product Content Analyst

W.B. Mason Company Inc. is looking for an entry-level Product Content Analyst to enhance their e-commerce catalog. The role involves managing data sets, ensuring content quality, and collaborating with the merchandising team to improve the online shopping experience.

What you'll do:

• Enhance our e-commerce catalog by reviewing and editing item content to meet quality standards
• Manage large data sets in our PIM
• Ensure proper item classification
• Collaborate with the Site Merchandising Team on new categories
• Monitor Product Display Pages (PDPs) for accuracy
• Conduct periodic audits
• Assist with customer-specific item setups
• Ensure high-quality product descriptions and visuals, helping customers make informed buying decisions

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree
• 0 years of professional experience (1-2 years relevant internship experience a plus)
• Microsoft Excel experience and collegiate-level proficiency required
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to use spreadsheets to maintain attention to detail
• Drive to constantly improve complex business processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Practical judgement and sound reasoning

• Ability to use a mix of semi-automated and manual processes to populate structured retail web content
