Job Description:
BXCI is one of the largest credit-focused asset managers. We seek to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our clients by investing across the entire corporate credit market, from public debt to private loans. Our capital supports a wide range of companies across sectors and geographies, enabling businesses to expand, invest, and navigate changing market environments.
This is a growing team within the Credit business and works with the CIO, COO and Head of Finance, as well as both onshore and offshore investment teams. This is an opportunity to help develop and execute on high profile initiatives.
The role’s primary focus will be:
- Working directly with the CIO office on short-term and long-term reporting needs and enhancements
- Coordinating reporting between BXCI Portfolio Managers and the Credit Insurance Middle Office
- Responsible for Producing Senior Management and LP Reporting Deliverables
- Helping to track Firmwide and Global Commitment and Deployments and maintain controls around reporting processes and data input processes
- Reconciling and tracking transaction data to ensure accurate client reporting
- Collaborate with business management teams to build process that streamlines reporting around new fund launches with the goal of owning the report production workflow
- Helping to develop solutions to meet the changing business needs of the firm
- Coordinating with technology, finance, and middle office to help prioritize development work
- Developing an understanding of BXC’s complex investment process, markets invested in, financial instruments used and system architecture and identifying areas of potential process improvement
- Coordinating with onshore and offshore support teams
- Creating presentation materials for senior management
Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. The successful candidate should have:
- 6+ years of experience in Finance Reporting, Office of COO, Business Management, Product Control, Operations or Accounting
- An understanding of Private Credit or Equity is strongly preferred
- Experience with Fixed Income Securities or loans is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills – extensive use of complex Excel functions, building financial models and reports
- Experience with Copilot and implementing AI solutions in workflows
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
- Work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities at once
- Strong work ethic, integrity, a positive attitude
- Be highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Strong desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Commitment to continuous process improvement

Expected annual base salary range:
$135,000 - $200,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
