Product Development Coordinator

Jacques Marie Mage is a luxury eyewear company specializing in limited-edition designer goods. The Product Development Coordinator supports the product development and design teams by assisting with prototypes, samples, trims, and packaging, while coordinating vendor onboarding, sample tracking, product timelines, and product lifecycle updates.

What you'll do:

• Provide support to Head of Product Development and Product Development Manager
• Work closely with cross functional teams to track artwork and samples
• Ensure all developments meet calendar deadlines - collaborate with appropriate teams
• Work directly with vendors on development for sample tracking and maintaining deadlines
• Follow-up regarding sample timing and product management - communicate any changes and updates affecting deadlines
• Manage and update BOMs and product life cycle in system

• Knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, PLM experience is a plus
