The Product Director will lead a portfolio of ancillary products supporting our Risk Adjustment business. This role will have end-to-end accountability for product strategy, roadmap development, capital planning, execution, go-to-market strategy, and client engagement. The leader will partner closely with technology, operations, and market-facing teams and leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve product capabilities and ways of working.

 

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of ancillary products supporting the Risk Adjustment business
• Develop and manage the product roadmap and capital execution plan, prioritizing investments and translating strategic opportunities into executable initiatives
• Partner with technology and operations leaders to drive product development, delivery, and operational execution
• Collaborate with market-facing teams and clients to understand needs, inform priorities, support client conversations, and shape go-to-market strategy
• Lead and develop the product team responsible for execution and establish clear accountability for outcomes
• Apply AI and emerging technologies to product strategy and product-management practices
• Provide cross-functional leadership across product, technology, operations, and market teams
