About this role
Franklin Electric is a company that focuses on product management to support the development and lifecycle management of products. As a Product Management Specialist, you will provide operational and project support to the Product Management team while gaining exposure to product strategy, product launches, and market analysis.
What you'll do:
- Support Product Managers in executing product-related initiatives, projects, and day-to-day activities across the product portfolio
- Assist with organizing product information, maintaining documentation, and ensuring accuracy of product records within company systems
- Help coordinate activities related to product launches, product updates, and product lifecycle management
- Support the development and maintenance of product literature, brochures, specifications, presentations, and other customer-facing materials
- Assist in preparing internal and external product communications, training materials, and presentation content
- Ensure product information remains current, consistent, and accessible across relevant platforms and resources
- Gather and organize information from Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and other stakeholders to support product initiatives
- Assist in collecting and analyzing customer, market, and competitive information to help inform product decisions
- Support reporting activities by preparing project updates, summaries, and business insights for the Product Management team
- Support special pricing requests and annual pricing review activities, including data collection, competitive pricing research, margin analysis, and preparation of pricing recommendations
- Assist with Product Management initiatives involving artificial intelligence (AI) tools and emerging technologies
- Support adoption of new tools and practices that enhance efficiency, information management, and decision-making

- Interest in and familiarity with AI-enabled tools and technologies is beneficial, with a willingness to learn and apply emerging AI capabilities to support product management processes and decision-making
